We are excited about having the opportunity to offer a new health and wellness program that links diet, exercise and spirituality. The nine-week program offers participants the opportunity to kick-start a healthier lifestyle with the support of church and community members.

Program Objectives:

• To teach individuals in a church environment, a program of holistic wellness (body, mind, spirit) that will improve their health, decrease their risk for inflammatory diseases, build their self-esteem and help them live a more balanced, rich, and abundant life.
• To help individuals incorporate this holistic wellness program in to their daily lives and make it a lifelong practice by providing best in class hands on coaching, spiritual practices, and church community support and accountability.
• To foster a church community that nurtures and supports its members in a lifestyle of holistic wellness-body, mind and spirit.
  

The program starts on Tuesday, March 2 from 6:30pm-8:30pm at Main Street Methodist Chapel. The program ends on April 27. The total cost is $349 which includes whole health assessment, creation of personal action plan, 8 weekly education and discussion sessions, ongoing motivation and
accountability, web-based resources and tools, and facilitated ongoing support.
